Amenity Rules  - Online Amenity Access Agreement

 

 

It is a great idea to review the Community documents regarding Architectural Control. All exterior changes require approval from the Architectural Control Authority (ACA). Please plan for your projects and request approval before starting any exterior project. Examples of items that require approval: Shed, Exterior Lighting, Landscape borders, Solar devices, paint, and sports/play equipment such as basketball goals, play structures, and trampolines. 

Please submit complete details for the project with your application.

The ACA Committee has up to 60 days to review and respond to your requests; however, the usual response time is 10-14 business days. You can complete the application online and attach supporting documents here.

Once you have approval, build away. To bring the project full circle and close your request, please provide photos of the completed project to the Community Manager. 

Ventana has strict policies to reduce the number of rental or leased properties in the community.

If you are considering leasing your home, please READ the complete policy.

In Summary:

• Short-term rentals such as "Air BNB" or "VRBO" are prohibited.
• Owners must own their home for no less than 12 months before offering it for lease.
• Lease terms must be no less than 24 months.
• The owner must submit an intent to lease registry with a review fee of $250.00 at least ten days before signing a lease.
• No more than 2% of the aggregate lots within the development area may be leased at any given time. The Board may provide a hardship exception on a case-by-case basis.
