Amanda Duckworth, AMS, CMCA, PCAM
Community Manager
Amanda is a property management specialist with over thirty years’ experience focusing on land development, from sale and purchase, to build out and homeowner services. Her education in Business Management, with a focus on Agriculture and Disaster Management, allows her to plan and carry out long term community goals from a variety of perspectives all designed to ensure proper understanding of community governance, fiduciary responsibilities, legal stature, and neighborhood engagement. Her highest priority is to ensure that homeowners feel pride and are connected with their community.
Amanda’s role as Community Manager is to continue building upon the foundation set up by the community’s development team and to work hand-in-hand with the residents, committees, and Board of Directors to continue moving Ventana to become a premier DFW community. Amanda enjoys helping homeowners with questions or concerns and looks forward to working together on new projects in the Ventana community.

Ephraim Walker
Lifestyle Director
Ephraim joined the team in December 2023. He is a native Texan but has lived in California and New York. He is excited to be back home in Texas.
"My goal is to elevate your living experience by introducing dynamic, community–building activities right to our doorstep. Whether through engaging events or cultivating a lively atmosphere, I am committed to making Ventana a community you take pride in."
Ephraim will be planning and hosting lifestyle events in the Ventana Community. He is also the communication specialist for Ventana. Ephraim will collaborate with the Community Manager and other team members to create newsletters and share vital information with our residents.
We have an awesome off-site team working to support Ventana residents.
