Amanda Duckworth, AMS, CMCA, PCAM
Community Manager
 
Amanda is a property management specialist with over thirty years’ experience focusing on land development, from sale and purchase, to build out and homeowner services. Her education in Business Management, with a focus on Agriculture and Disaster Management, allows her to plan and carry out long term community goals from a variety of perspectives all designed to ensure proper understanding of community governance, fiduciary responsibilities, legal stature, and neighborhood engagement. Her highest priority is to ensure that homeowners feel pride and are connected with their community.
 
Amanda’s role as Community Manager is to continue building upon the foundation set up by the community’s development team and to work hand-in-hand with the residents, committees, and Board of Directors to continue moving Ventana to become a premier DFW community.  Amanda enjoys helping homeowners with questions or concerns and looks forward to working together on new projects in the Ventana community.

Emil Zuniga
Administrative Assistant
 
Emil serves as an Administrative Assistant for Ventana HOA and is currently pursuing a degree in Business at the university level. He supports the day-to-day operations of the community by working closely with management to keep processes organized, communication clear, and operations running smoothly. Emil takes pride in contributing behind the scenes to help ensure Ventana remains a well-managed and welcoming neighborhood.

His primary role is assisting the Community Manager, Amanda, while also serving as a friendly and reliable point of contact for Ventana residents. Emil enjoys helping residents with questions, providing timely support, and ensuring concerns are addressed with care and professionalism. With a strong focus on service and community engagement, he is committed to supporting the overall success of Ventana HOA and enhancing the resident experience.
 
 
JR Sarato
Maintenance Director
 
JR has been with CCMC since 2005. He oversees the day-to-day maintenance of the community, including but not limited to walking the trails, pool and amenity maintenance, groundskeeping, and assistance with event oversight. JR always has a smile and has become an important part of the Ventana Family.
We have an awesome off-site team working to support Ventana residents.
